Fox 8th of 10 at Sub West

The Warriors came in 8th place at Aberdeen GC. The Suburban West Conference Tournament was played under blustery conditions, but junior captain Paul Henderson carded an 89. The team competes next at the MSHSAA Class 4 District 1 Tournament at Fox Run on Tuesday. 

Wednesday, Thursday, & Banquet

The same JV lineup from yesterday will be competing vs Lindbergh today at Pomme. Bus leaves after school. 

Varsity has their district practice round after school today. Get to the van quickly so we can get to Fox Run on time. 

Thursday- district five and Trent are competing at Aberdeen in Sub West Conference Tournament. Bus leaves school at 620am. 

All golfers need to get banquet info from their coach. Or stop by Coach Boyd's room to pick up the info. 

Tuesday 4/26 matches cancelled

Fox 16th of 19 at Mehlville Tourney

The Warriors traveled to Crown Pointe in Farmington, MO on Saturday and shot a 378 to come in 16th of 19 teams. Junior Paul Henderson led Fox with an 86. The varsity squad is back in action on Tuesday vs Parkway South at Pomme.

Fox at Webster Cup

Fox struggled at the competitive Webster Cup today but were led by a great effort from senior Kody Flamm. Kody came in with a 92 today.

The Warriors traveled to Tapawingo today to take on the Pioneers on the Woodland course. Fox was led by captains Paul Henderson and Alec Stirnemann. They both carded a 44. Freshman Jack Weis shot 48. The Warriors are back in action on Monday at Crescent Farms for the Webster Cup.

Varsity 23rd of 27 at Laker Invitational

The Warriors traveled to Camdenton, MO for the Laker Invitational today and came in 23rd place in one the best tournaments in the state. Junior Ryan Lourance led Fox with the best round of his varsity career. Ryan had four birdies on the day, including one from the sand on hole #3 and a 40 foot putt on #7. He carded an 85. Fellow junior Paul Henderson came in with a 90. Seniors Kody Flamm and Alec Stirnemann shot 96 and 99 at Old Kinderhook to round out the Fox scores.

The lineup for the JV Mehlville match on Tuesday at Pomme will be the same. Those golfers not playing can attend an optional practice at Pomme with Coach Leuthauser.

Fox 6th of 8 at MidEast

The split squad lineup that Fox sent to the MidEast tournament yesterday weathered the elements and finished 6th out of 8 teams. Freshman Jack Weis medaled in first high school tournament as he came in 10th overall.

Fox 305 Mehlville 301 Lindbergh 263

Fox played better on Tuesday but still came up short in their TriMatch vs Mehlville and Lindbergh. Junior Paul Henderson was the medalist vs Mehlville as he carded a 46. Senior Alec Stirnemann bounced back well with a 49. The Warriors will be back in action on Thursday vs Lafayette and Northwest at Sugar Creek. 

Fox 313 Oakville 281

Varsity evened their record on the season at 1-1 as they dropped their match vs Oakville at Quail Creek GC today. The Warriors were led by senior newcomer Kody Flamm who shot even par his last five holes and carded a 45. It was good enough for runner up honors. Junior captain Paul Henderson came In with a 47. Fox will look to get back on the winning track tomorrow as they take on Lindbergh and Mehlville at Pevely Farms GC.
